High quality ice cream shops…get fresh whipped cream (panna) to have an extra treat. Order first at the cashier the size and with or without ‘panna’. Then wait in front of any ice cream server’s line to pick flavors after showing your receipt. It’s somewhat disorganized but worth the process.
