History Museum
“Looking at Egyptian mummies and art may seem like one of the more unusual things to do in Turin, but, you won't find a better collection anywhere outside of Cairo, and it is Turin's most visited attraction. The Palazzo dell'Accademia delle Scienze houses the Egyptian Museum, whose collections began in 1824 when King Carlo Felice acquired 5,268 artifacts excavated in Egypt. These were supplemented by later expeditions, and today, the collections contain statues of various gods and of pharaohs of the New Kingdom, including Rameses II and King Thutmose III, along with papyruses, painted linens, a group of Shawabti figures and a Shawabti box, canopic vessels, mummies and sarcophagi, and two tomb chambers from Thebes. ”

Park
“Valentino is the most romantic park in Turin. Along the avenues that run along the Po you come across some characteristic clubs and restaurants overlooking the river called "imbarchini" (where time ago one was possible to rent a boat), the elegant Castello del Valentino and the picturesque Borgo Medievale, a mediveval village reconstruction with walls, drawbridge, craft shops and castle. ”

Café
“I suggest to walk into the palace and go up the stairs to the last floor where it's possible to enjoy the view of Turin, which is gratis and the same of you can see from the "Mole Antonelliana" but the elevator of the last one is not gratis. ”

“Turin is also the Italian capital for cars. And there are lots of cars collected in this museum that overlooks the Turin Hill. Cars Museum offers a spectacular scenery by Francois Confino (the same scenographer of the Mole Movie Museum) that reproduces the history of car from the origins to the present day, with multimedia elements, historical reconstructions and funny curiosities. An examplre? You can take a ride on a mounting chain - carousel; kids will love it! ”
