The Napoleon Museum is a beautiful place, not only for explorers of the museum also to enjoy the location. It is very high up on a hill with a stunning view over Ermatingen a beautiful small town in the canton of Thurgau. The Museum has a nice little restaurant but I recommend to anyone to visit the small italian restaurant which is located in a old train station down the hill called Lago mio it's an romantic beautiful and so delicious place to eat. :-)

Das Schloss Arenenberg mit dem Napoleonmuseum ist fussläufig in 20 min zu erreichen. Neben den historischen Themen hat man eine gigantische Sicht auf den Bodensee, die Insel Reichenau und den Rhein hinab. Es gibt auch immer wieder musikalische Veranstaltungen.
