So much fun for the kids - water play park, bouncing pillow, huge playground with flying fox, great walking tracks - also great for bike riding and scooters. To get here from Peninsula: Too far to walk! Tram - from Surfers Paradise tram station (150 metres from Peninsula) to Southport South tram station, then 800 metre walk

Kids rock pools located here - free entry water play park for toddlers and young children. Shallow water. Coffee shops and renowned fish and chips restaurant. Beach views of marina and boating life

A short stroll out your front door and across the road towards the water is a wonderland of walking paths, children’s playgrounds and jumping pillow. Take a dip in the beachside swimming enclosure or frolick in the kid’s water playground (The Rockpools). Grab a coffee or gelato nearby at Café Rockpool or pack your picnic rug (in the hall cupboard) for a picnic or fish n chips or burgers from The Fish Shack. Stroll further north for beachside Café Catalina.

Broadwater Parklands is a world class community and cultural parkland loved by Gold Coast residents and tourists. At the heart of the parklands is a vast green area that is ideal for picnics and fun. There is also a swimming enclosure, bouncing pillow, rockpools for the kids, as well as BBQ areas located at the Parklands.
