Anemomylos has two separate beaches and is nearby the Old Town. You may walk to the place by following the sea line in the ''Garitsa'' area or take bus No.2 to leave you nearby. The walking distance is approximately 30 minutes and offers a spectacular view whereas the bus station is at San Rocco Square in the city.

The Corfu Windmill at Garitsa Bay is the most romantic spot in Corfu, the windmill is a reconstructed and repaired version of a traditional windmill that was used by the town once upon time.
