Today it may be at its best, both functionally and aesthetically. One of the elements that make the Spitaki Cocktail Bar stand out in recent years, is its signature cocktails. Giannis Kedes, one of the most renowned Greek bartenders and one of the current shareholders, in collaboration with his team, prepares with great diligence the different signature cocktails list each year, months before each summer opening. Countless suggestions, tests, additions, and experiments are carried out so that the final result is more than intoxicating. What makes the cocktails at Spitaki special, are the sought after and fresh fruits and aromas that are used for their preparation, as well as the very careful selection of each spirit, so that its character and personality give a balanced and tasty result.
