Reasonably priced, good sushi and ramen. Staff is very friendly. Downside is the quality varies day to day.

It gets busy around 6pm, so come early. Their happy hour prices are pretty good too, so why wouldn't you want to make it for that?!

Ototo has a great menu and a very good happy hour. You can find our local Ballast Point Grapefruit Sculpin for $5 during happy hour - I recommend the garlic edamame, the kamakazi fries and all of their rolls.
