Explore Grizedale forest by bike or on foot, including spectacular views of Coniston Water. The tree canopy experience Go-Ape is also based at Grizedale. For mountain bike enthusiasts there are graded red and black runs throughout the forest, bike hire from Biketreks Grizedale.
