Mount Seymour is just a 15 minute drive from Deep Cove. Great skiing in the winter and great hiking, exploring, remote camping in the summer

Mount Seymour is a mountain located in Mount Seymour Provincial Park in North Vancouver. It is a part of the North Shore Mountains, rising to the north from the shores of Burrard Inlet and Indian Arm to a summit of 1,449 m above the Indian River and Deep Cove neighbourhoods.

We're located only a 10-15 minute walk from the trails on Mount Seymour or a 5 minute bike ride. Great hiking, running, and biking trails.

Skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and tubing in the winter. World class hiking in the summer.

Great place to take in the views. Some of our favorite less than 3K hikes: * Dog Mountain (great views), and * Mystery lake (great swimming spot in late summer).
