Beautifully preserved 17h-18th century RI seaport. Walking, beaching, cafes, antiques, eclectic shops. Site of Olde Narragansett Church, said to be the oldest Episcopalian church in New England.
Quaint Historic Village close to Shea Cottage, 5 minute drive. Nestled on the water with amazing views, great restaurants, shopping and cafes. A must see!
Wickford Village is a cute little town with a few cafes and restaurants and some shops. If you are here for a few days it is a nice place to spend a morning.
Right on the harbor, Wickford is the typical New England town with little shops. There is a spot to rent a kayak, visit the Wickford Art Association Gallery for rotating art exhibits, or just sit at the harbor and watch the boats.

“Worth the trip! This is a cute outdoor restaurant that sits along the canal in Wickford. Be sure to get a table closest to the canal so you can watch the fish, and the ducks swimming while enjoying a tasty lunch or dinner. Sunsets are gorgeous from this spot. On rainy days, they do have seating inside. ”
