If you like top views and historical trains - this is it! Even super hikes to the top from Planalp over the ridge is very cool. Not that easy, but if you are fit - go for it! 3-4 hours! 1000meters altitidue difference from Planalp to Brienze Rothorn.

The Brienzer Rothorn is a MUST if you‘re staying in Brienz. It offers you a beautiful sight above the clouds and you can see all across the lake. Highly recommended to make a trip up there with the old fashion lokomotive! 🚂
