West Main Crafting Co. is a craft cocktail bar located in downtown Lexington, KY. We make all of our ingredients in-house to provide the most exciting drinking experience possible—whether you’re drinking authentic classics or inventive new cocktails. We release two cocktail menus each year, one for the winter and one for warm weather, each themed after one of our many fandoms. We also are enthusiastic to share all the knowledge and arcana of cocktail history with our guests over a glass of absinthe—of which we also have an extensive collection. Our seasonal food menus strive to be both inventive and simple. Chef Greg Spaulding focuses on high quality ingredients, knowing where they come from, and treating them as simply and cleanly as possible. Reimagined regional and classic dishes are complimented by thoughtful programs like our Whole Animal Program and creative, thematic pairing dinners held throughout the year. And as much as we love drinkers and enthusiasts of all ages, we are strictly a 21+ venue, and can accommodate no minors, toddlers or infants.
