You should be buying wine here, picking up a sandwich at Daily Soup, a fresh baked baguette at Chase's Daily and spreading a picnic blanket on the ground of Heritage Park by the water. THEN you could go rowing in the harbor for free with Come Boating! Try Eat More Cheese's chocolate-covered lemons, they're expensive, but delightful.
