This is only 20ish minutes walk from the flat, depending a bit on your pace. Enjoy a swim, or just a picnic.

Bygdøy is great for a walk around the forest in the city! YOu can take the ferry from Aker Brygge in the summer time there and it is a lovely place to explore

The walk at Bygdøy by the sea is great - also for jogging.

If you want to get in touch with nature take the subway to Sognsvann or take bus 30 from Solli to Bygdøy Sjøbad. Take a walk in the forest and jump in the water.
