Brunello's kitchen brigade, who makes the search for balance, between savory and sweet components, bitter and sour, between the crunchy and creamy consistency, is the greatest aspiration of its kitchen. The menu offers dishes made respecting the seasonality of products. Never miss the great classics such as "risotto alla Milanese" and our workhorse "La vera vera cotoletta alla milanese" award-winning, among other things, winner of the title "Best cutlet" in the 2015 edition of Gambero Rosso. The wine cellar is composed of over two hundred labels, selected with great care by sommelier Lorena Manna. The wine list has names from all over Italy, with particular attention to Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino. Big labels but also small niche producers make it a careful selection, current and able to satisfy all palates. The wine list in 2013 won the "Leccio d'Oro" award in Montalcino.
