This is a brewery that has minimal food. Brats, pretzels, a vegetarian chili (made by Cafe Roka) They also make a root beer.

Our local brewery offers its product at most establishments in town, and also has a bar where you can sample their brews right on the aptly named Brewery Gulch. During the warmer months, their patio is an ideal spot for an afternoon beer and bratwurst, supplemented by the endless entertainment of Bisbee character-watching.
