Sam's is known for their Signature Dry-Aged Steaks What makes Dry-aged steaks so delicious? They dry-age their steaks under exacting conditions in their meat locker at 34 degrees for 21-28 days. They are open daily at 5 pm. They are conveniently located just a few miles south of Okemo Mountain on Route 103 South in Ludlow. They are also known for their incredible salad bar which can be a meal by itself!
