There are 160 km of mountain bike trails in the Jungfrau Region, and in Grindelwald. They do require a certain level of fitness but thankfully there are always trains and cable cars which can take the strain out of many a climb. Bussalp, Waldspitz and Grosse Scheidegg offer wonderful single trails with an unique view over the glaciers and famous mountains Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau.
