The Varna Dolphinarium is located in the northern part of the Sea Garden in the city of Varna. It was opened on August 11, 1984 and has 1,200 seats. The dimensions of the pool are 12 by 15 meters and a depth of 6 meters, and is filled with sea water through a special pumping system. The water is extracted from the Black Sea 150-160 meters from the shore and a depth of 3-6 meters, where it is the cleanest and is processed before reaching the pool. The dolphinarium also has a coffee shop with a transparent wall to the aquarium.
