This bar, which uses lots of wood like a ski chalet, is less well-known than the others on this list, despite being named the best Paris bar by Time Out in 2016. I would say it’s in the top five in Paris in terms of creativity: The barmen use shrubs, clarification, and other techniques. Ask for the clarified Milk Punch, made with coffee beans.

A very cool speakeasy with a unique atmosphere. Try the classic cocktail « Chirac 95 », named after our late president (who is buried in the very Montparnasse cemetery nearby)
