Philomène is located in the most upmarket neighborhood of Montevideo, Punta Carretas. Given the wealthy clientele of the area, the cafe is beautifully decorated with a fashionable vintage theme. The menu offers the usual coffee and tea, as well as an enticing selection of cakes, pies, and other sweet offerings. This is an ideal cafe for an indulgent brunch.
