After a tiring day of touristing, treat yourself to a ridiculously delicious ice cream sundae from Franklin Fountain. Cash only, and defiantly "old-timey" despite having been founded in 2004, but the concoctions are SO. GOOD. And it's short walk from Independence Hall.
