For a nice walk, see the river front. Ice skating in the winter. Spruce street harbor park in the summer which has food and drinks, hammocks and lights!

A place you must visit when in Philadelphia. Lots of events occur at Penns Landing and there are so many places to eat at as well.

“This is one of the most iconic symbols of Philadelphia. Any trip to the historical sites would be incomplete without stopping to see the bell and hear a bit about its history.”

History Museum
“Located on Independence Mall, the National Museum of American Jewish History delves into the story and contributions of Jewish people in the U.S., from early settlers to history-makers such as Albert Einstein, industry giants like Esteé Lauder and artists and entertainers including Barbra Streisand and Steven Spielberg. Four floors of artifacts, memorabilia, and artwork tell the narrative in chronological order.”

“I always pass through here on the way to visit my parents or just getting to the other side of town. It's a great building, full of architectural details. Dilworth Park, on the west side, has an ice skating rink in the winter and a run through water fountain in the summer. Love Park, across the street at the end of Ben Franklin Parkway, has the LOVE sculpture and a great view up the parkway to the Philadelphia Museum of Art (with the Rocky steps). A great place to hang out and take a break. During December they have pop-up shops (Christmas Village in Love Park and Made in Philadelphia in Dilworth Park), with food and a bar, light show, ferris wheel, and a little train ride. Carousel in the center of City Hall, and musicians and performers. Go across the street on the east side to Macys and catch the light show and Dicken's Village of A Christmas Carol there.”

“Another must see! This is a double whammy. Not only do you get the museum itself but as your entering, you are walking up the famous Rocky steps! The statue is there as well. “Hey Adrian!!””
