The local mall has a very hip food hall, bars, cafes, and shops. There are often art installations nearby, too. My tip? Try the Szechuan-Nashville fusion fried chicken at Hot Lola's.

Although it is undergoing a major renovation, some of the stores remain open. Macy's is still open and its right across the street. The Regal cinema movie theaters are in the mall upstairs, and there's a CVS on the ground floor .. for fun, you can take the parking garage elevators up to the very top of building and check out two hockey rinks! Bring your skates and enjoy Kettler Capitals Iceplex.

This is probably the closest shopping mall. It has a variety of shops as well as movie theaters, restaurants, etc.
