Another regular winner in Best of Chico balloting, Bidwell Perk serves coffee, tea, wine, and light breakfast and lunch options. Outdoor patio.

This place gets it's pastries/quiche from local bakeries and its bagels from Brooklyn Bridge Bagels, a local business also. Serves excellent breakfast and lunch, has good coffee and tea, and is often open late with wine and beer. The outdoor seating is really nice.
