Located right in the heart of charming Bala, the Bala Falls is a great spot to stop and enjoy a picnic with the family with an incredible backdrop. While there, hop on the Bala Historic Walk, a self-guided 4.5 KM walk through many historical sites.

The falls occur because the water from Bala Bay on Lake Muskoka is draining into Moon River. Located right in the heart of Bala!

There are some nice views of the moon river add a nice place to sit on the rock and watch the sunset. Beautiful!
