Set in a picturesque orchard in rural Cobble Hill, Merridale has become a Cowichan institution, known primarily for our wide selection of artisanal, made-on-the-premises, craft ciders and spirits. Their eatery is wide open to the orchard and offers an open air patio, it offers casual comfort food and British pub-style counter service. They are fairly casual at the Eatery. Come up to the bar to order and they'll take care of you. Then sit back, relax, and they will bring everything to you.

Popular cidery that also serves food and has a nice outdoor seating area. We recommend the Merri Berry!

Merridale is a great spot to relax with great food and craft cider. Take a self guided tour around the distillery and orchards. For young kids there are the delights of finding the various fairy gardens around the orchards.
