Former hunting pavillon of Louis the XIV - same architect as Versailles palace (Mansart). Just 10mn walking distance, the kids will love it. The older ones could spend a couple of hours learning about local history. (Book beforehand)

The building is a perfect illustration of classical French architecture of the 17th century. The castle is located on the banks of the Seine and near the forest of Saint-Germain-en-Laye.
