Small bar with amazing bar food. Gets crowded late but great spot earlier in the night. Try a Wild Boar Sausage or the special for the night.
Really fun bar in Costa Mesa. Food is good. Friday & Saturday nights are a fun crowd.
Excellent gastropub that is a local favorite. But keep in mind the space is small and mostly packed. but you'll have great mixes and local newporters. About 15-20min walk.
Great beer selection & awesome bar menu. Perfect place to watch the game. Excellent brunch too, for those early NCAA Saturday or NFL Sunday football games.

“Try bowling and drinks and fine burgers. This place rocks great food. Not a huge bowling alley but get there early to get a lane. This is in the Triangle Plaza, about 15min walk.”

“For the healthy cold meal to cool you down during a summer heat. Bonzai bowls makes the best Acai berry mixed with hemp, almond, or regular milk. Top it off with granola fruits to complete a meal that doubles as a dessert as well. This is a local favorite of the surf culture here and very popular with the neighborhood teens. ”

“This walk-to Irish Pub is a staple to the Newport Beach Peninsula and known as the Lifeguard's Bar. Famous for being one of the most active bars, this is a great place to get a taste of the Newport night culture. Many age demographics frequent this place, however, it is most popular with a younger (21 - 25 year old) crowd. Their breakfast is great! They have a great selection and "The Kitchen Sink Breakfast Burrito" is arguably one of the best breakfast burritos in Newport Beach.”
