Edgewater beach has everything you need for a relaxing afternoon. There are walking trails, wide open green spaces, beautiful sandy beach, views of the city and Honey Hut ice cream. Edgewater is a 15 minute or less drive from here and absolutely worth it! Especially at sunset!
Worth a visit in any season! Large beach with space for walking, jogging and a beach house which is open seasonally.
Awesome park!!! Very well maintained and easy access to surrounding neighborhoods. Has nice beach for dogs but not as clean as the swimming area. Beach house is good with reasonable price. Many local restaurants in surrounding areas.

“I have to admit I never thought I would love scallops for brunch - Astoria changed that for me! Great stop for brunch or any meal for that matter. In walking distance from La Casa!”

“Designed by internationally renowned architect I.M. Pei, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is one of Cleveland's most striking (and recognizable) pieces of architecture. The 150,000-square-foot building has a glass-enclosed, double pyramid adjacent to a 162-foot tower, both of which soar above the shores of Lake Erie. The museum honors all aspects of Rock and Roll. The museum also honors inductees to the Hall of Fame. They share stories of the people, events and songs that shape our world through exhibits, innovative programs and concerts. ”

“Beer and donuts - something for everyone! One of our favorite things to do is take the close by Lakeshore Bikepath to Edgewater and on our walk back up hit Brewnuts and get a treat for everyone. It's a hike, so wear your walking shoes, but super fun and worth it!”
