If you want a more casual American-style pub Stanley's is the place to go. You can also book a reservation ahead of time if you are looking to plan ahead. With great drinks and food this place is good solid choice for any day of the week.

Stanley's has a pretty full menu--it's kind of an upscaled dive bar (in fact it replaced a longtime NE dive bar awhile back). Dog-friendly patio with a dog menu, so be prepared to see some pups. Tends to be lively and fun, mid-range prices, younger crowd. ALSO, there's a secret speakeasy upstairs open Thurs-Sat nights at 5 pm. Enter through the photo booth by knocking on the back wall.
