Mount Humphreys is amazing! Set your GPS for Arizona Snowbowl, park at the ski resort, and go hiking around there (hiking only where there's no snow, but the sightseeing is Epic any time)!

Closest Skiing & Snowboarding. We've done day trips up there many times. Leave around 5:30-6am and ski all day. You can grab dinner in Flagstaff and head back and usually be in the hot tub or pool around 8pm:) 166 Miles

In the summer take the chairlift to the top. The views are breathtaking and on a clear day you can see all the way to the Grand Canyon. The Agassiz Lodge (at the top) is open for drinks and food; they also allow dogs at the top and have Frisbee golf. At Agassiz Lodge on the chair lift at 9500 feet…
