My favorite coffee shop in Boulder is a 7-minute walk away. Coffee is an art form here. Also, there's an amazing charcuterie + cheese shop attached where you can sample everything. It gets busy, but it's worth the wait.

Cold brews & other house-roasted javas, plus juices, sold in a sunny, relaxing coffee shop. 7 AM to 6 PM Mon. through Fri., 7:30 AM to 6 PM Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM Sunday. At the same entrance/location, "Cured": This gourmet grocery store & cafe with upscale decor offers hand-picked cheese, charcuterie, & wine. Cured opens 10:30 AM M-F, 9 AM Sat., 11 AM Sun, and closes at the same time Boxcar does.

Very hipster vide coffee shop, but the coffee is top noch! They craft everything right in front of you, made to order! They also have mini shops in there such as a wine cellar and meat/cheese shop. It is a must see for sure!

Fancy-brewed coffee, more expensive than most, but very tasty. It takes time to brew, so if you're in a hurry, this is not the place. But if you have time, totally worth it. Can get crowded, sometimes there will be no place to sit. Boxcar shares a space with Cured. Cured has amazing cheeses, meats and wine. Can order a sandwich at lunch to go with your coffee.
