One of Ojai's many open, public spaces. The Meadow is home to nesting owls, hawks, Great Blue Herons and many other birds. You can also find rabbits galore and if you are really lucky you might even see a wily weasel! Flat walking trails surround the pond where fish, frogs and other water life abound. In spring time, when the flowers are in bloom - it is absolutely one of the best places I know!

This is a few blocks from us. The Ojai Land Conservancy saved this land from becoming a shopping center and today it is a birder's paradise - many types of ducks in the pond and several types of Owls in the Eucalyptus grove - an all around great place to take a stroll. From the meadow you can also connect to The Saddle trail, great views and a great way to get in a little cardio.
