“There are many reasons why The Quays should be at the top of your 'must see' list when you're in Manchester and Salford. This stunning waterfront destination has grown out of the once derelict docklands of the Salford and Trafford Quays area, transformed from desolate wasteland into a place where some of the country's most iconic buildings (both The Lowry and Imperial War Museum North are RIBA award winners) stand with their neighbours to provide a place where culture, sport, shopping and a lot more come together. And they're all within walking distance of each other.”

“Fine dining in a casual style. Small plates to share, with onsite bakery. Excellent cooking and wine list. A bit pricier than other local places but that's partly because the co-owner is a well-known chef! ”

“This is our favourite place to go for food or just a drink. The food is French bistro style, the menu includes a fantastic steak frites, baked camembert , mussels and a changing dessert menu. Great low key vibe, excellent selection of drinks. They also host a comedy night which is highly regarded. They've just introduced a new breakfast menu. Highly recommended. ”

“On the outskirts of the hipster-packed Northern Quarter, you can find a little bit of Paris in the shape of family-run restaurant 63 Degrees. The Moreaus have left the glamour of their home city to bring a taste of the French capital to Manchester.”
