If you go back into Port Chalmers (or merely 'Port' as the locals refer to it) and head up over the hill along the main road (George Street) then towards the bottom of the hill on the left hand side is the 4Square supermarket, which has all your essential grocery items and other stuff you are likely to need during your stay.
