Laid back beach just a short walk from Villa Nautica. In summertime, the council puts up a stinger net for safe swimming. It is quite tidal so make sure you pick high tides for swimming. Great kiddies playground and BBQ facilities too.

There is a huge off the leash dog park, a small kids playground as well as an adventure playground for the big kids, a stinger net is in place at the beach in the season and the Fat frog cafe has amazing food or you can use one of the free BBQs supplied, it is about an hours easy walk along the boardwalk from Airlie beach or 5 minutes drive, lots of parking is provided.
