This is a great hole in the wall river spot. Mostly only locals know about it. We always skip past Lair ‘O the Bear to come here. It has picnic benches, hiking and exploring trails and a nice slow stretch of the river to play in. Cell phone service is terrible, so don’t expect to make phone calls.

Located just east of Kittredge on Highway 74, with peaceful trails by the creek and the option to connect to the upper Bear Creek Trail via Bear Creek Cutoff.
