I've had the pleasure of hiking the entire Niagara section of BruceTrail and the views and memories can'tbe beat.

The Bruce Trail begins in Queenston Ontario and winds its way through several major towns and cities and past the vineyards and escarpment of Niagara, on its way to Hamilton, Ontario, and its final destination of Tobermory. The trail is apx. 800 kilometres long, making it one of the longest trails in Ontario. The trail follows along the edge of the Niagara Escarpment. The Bruce Trail is one of the thirteen UNESCO World Biosphere Reserves in Canada. Because of its size and the fact that it travels through privately owned farms and properties it is strictly a hiking trail.

The Bruce Trail is great for hiking/walking/running. Easy access from the end of Dundurn St. S. There are easy walking trails, or you can connect to longer hikes and follow the Bruce Trail for miles. There are also stairs up the escarpment, that many like to use as an outdoor gym!

Start from Cedar Springs and enjoy the hiking trails to Guelph Line. Absolutely breathtaking in the fall.

Great hike if you’re here for the exercise or you have a for legged friend. Right across the street from the cabin.
