ONE OF MY FAVE PLACES. Awesome setting in an old barn with stunning views of Franconia Notch and Mt Washington. Run by a 5th generation native. Has a REALLY COOL museum of the area inside (Bette Davis lived on Sugar Hill for many years). GREAT food items, antiques, candles, "penny" candy--just something for everyone. Fascinating. They have a wonderful post Xmas sale!!! Something like buy one item for full or discounted price get another for a penny. Open May-Jan 1stish.

If you like artisan candy, pretzels, mustards, and the like, this place is for you. Great views. Stop by Polly's Pancake Parlor which is right around the corner.

Sugar Hill Sampler is a a gift shop and museum thoughtfully displayed in a colonial barn built by the owner's ancestors in the 1790's. Beautiful homemade products, very friendly folks, beautiful views
