Beautiful scenery. The lower trailhead offers a one-way road with ample space for walkers, runners and bikers along the outside with a scenic covered trail through the middle.

This hike will take you up the mouth of City Creek Canyon, which rests between Capitol Hill and the and leads to views over the city. You’ll encounter a gentle river and beautiful plants. Great for new hikers and hiking with dogs!

Paved trail near a stream. Amazing how quickly you can get out of the city and into the mountains.
