A Kitchen On Fire! The Cauldron Restaurant in Mina Road and in reach by a short 2 minutes walk, provides ethically & locally sourced fare, which is cooked using heirloom cookery methods from many different cultures around the world. The kitchen doesn't have a gas supply. Instead, the chefs work multiple fire pits, grills, a genuine wood fired oven & 2 huge cast iron cauldrons. Additionally, The Cauldron’s ethos is to procure furnishings, consumables & ingredients in St Werburghs where possible. (Edited extract from Cauldron's website)
