There is quite nice fitness and swimming pool at the Marinella Hotel, which is 5 min walking distance from our flat.

I wouldn't usually recommend a hotel lobby bar, but his is very upscale and has the best handcrafted cocktails in Sofia. Not only are the drinks creative and original, they even make all of their own mixing syrups. You can also have lunch or dinner at Captain Cook's or Marionette while you are there!
