Paint Rock is only a 20 minute drive from the Red Bridge Cottage, and it is gorgeous drive right along the banks of the French Broad River too. There are several great swimming holes, water falls, picnic spots, hiking and mountain biking trails.

Hiking, camping, picnics are all great activities to enjoy in this beautiful area in south Greene County. Access to the AT is available, too.
