Voted in the top 10 beaches in the US almost every year. It is a beautiful place to explore and has great family beaches.
You can find an option to rent a snorkel set. They boat you to Shell Island where you hike to a spot to relax, snorkel, picnic. No bathrooms on the island. OR You can rent a boat and find your own sweet spot to snorkel. Park entrance fee. Snorkel and boat rental fee extra charge.
East end of the beach, very beautiful state park. Typically offers offers kayak rentals and also has a campsite. There is a small entry fee, it was about $8 per vehicle last time I was out there.
Take a walk on a trail for a chance to see alligators & birds. Beautiful swimming area that is protected by a jetty. This keeps waves down on high surf days. Bring your snorkel gear and see some amazing fish.
Great place to take the family! Gentle wading pool protected by jetties and calm during higher tide and seas for swimming. Access to two swim areas, fishing, boating rentals, campsites, trails, shuttle and o toons to Shell island (call ahead for reservations).
This is a wonderful park where you can spend the day at a peaceful beach with the whole family. You can also do boating, boat tours, fishing, paddling ,wild life viewing ,etc
This beautiful state park offers a beautiful beach with bathroom and shower services, walking trails, gator habitat, camping, biking and a boat ramp. This is a great place for families.
This is our favorite place in PCB. Beach, wildlife, fishing, kayaking, walking, boating, diving, snorkeling.
Launch your boat, see an alligator, fishing, beach by the jetties. I learned to scuba dive here when I was about 10.
This is a must visit place if you can break away from the fun at the resort. Named one of the most beautiful beaches. We were blown away by how gorgeous it is. Once you drive in, head for the jetty, walk thru the store, down the wooden path, and find yourself at a fork. Either side is worth…
Great quiet beaches, Shell Island shuttle, fishing pier, historic sight, scenic.
Nice family place to enjoy the beaches. They have a "calm" side (a cove inside massive boulders) and the "Gulf" side. Pure white sandy beaches. Alligators can sometimes be seen in some areas (its away from the swimming areas. Gators don't go in salt water).
We love St. Andrews. The sand is beautiful, the jetty's are great for snorkeling and there is one area that's called the kiddie pool as it is surrounded by rocks and keeps the big waves out. If you're looking for a place to chill on the beach, this is it!

“If you’re interested in shopping, it’s worth the extra drive to Pier Park. You will expect some traffic if traveling during peak hours. Lots of shopping, restaurants and public beach access here.”

“We took a group of 12 and every single person was happy with their meal. They have a sports bar feel, but a dining room for families, too. This is not a fancy place, so don't worry about dressing up. ”

“Local favorite, located right on the beach. Great views, food and booze. There’s beach access parking which makes this a good spot to camp out for a beach day. Then you also have access to bathrooms, food and drinks as desired.”
