Rebecca Spit is a magical place that is a must visit during your stay. Go for a walk along the Spit for some breathtaking views, or soak in some sun along the beach and enjoy a swim or kayak in the protected waters.

"The Spit" is one of the most accessible and age friendly places on Quadra Island. If your looking for a good area for a morning jog (6km from the road to the tip) a place to swim, watch the sunset or have a picnic, look no further! Drive towards the end and you will find a large field with picnic benches along the beach.

Sandy beaches line both sides of a 2km spit . Just enjoy the view or take a stroll along the ocean front walking trail watch out for the Beachwood sasquatch on the trail he's a local favorite! Whether your looking for the prefect spot for kayaking boating swimming or just day picnics this is a one stop shop !!
