Rodeløkka is a great place to get a glimpse of how Oslo's lived a hundred years ago! Rescued from demolition in the 70s by architecture students (many who still live there) this area is packed with small wooden houses in all colors. Great for a stroll!
Langgata, old wooden houses in downtown Oslo! Google it- beautiful ! (part of Rodeløkka)
Walk through this very cute neighborhood, with small wooden houses on your way to the bars and cafes in Grünerløkka..
