Very nice loop! Harlan Road is not marked very well. There are a couple of places where the trail is hard to find, but it picks back up again quickly. Gorgeous view from the top. Sugar Run has lots of very nice creek crossings. This loop has a good mix of water, mountain ridge, and history. The difficulty ranges from moderate to hard, it can very steep at times.
