We love walking from Stoke Fleming to the Little Dartmouth National Trust carpark, & then we drop down onto the lower coast path to Dartmouth. Simply stunning views the entire walk. When we get to Dartmouth Castle there are two little coves - Sugary Cove & Castle Cove, both very small & fine shingle, but both so lovely. We grab a coffee & pastry from the Castle Tearooms to enjoy on beach, & then catch the Castle Ferry along the river into Dartmouth.

Good place to set off for a walk and ferry trip to Dartmouth. Fabulous views along the way.

There is a lovely 4 or 5 mile circuit along the coast path that has a great coffee, cake and all sorts of snacky meals at Dartmouth Castle. The best pasties too.

A 4.2 mile walk on the South West Coastal Path around the cliffs above the mouth of the River Dart, where medieval monks kept a light burin gin the chapel to let the sailors know where the rocks were.
