The former checkpoint between East and West Berlin turned into museum. Small and informative.

This free museum is worth a visit. It shares stories of families being split and having to say goodbye to loved ones at this old East/West border station, now right in the middle of Berlin

free museum about the lives of Berliners separated by the wall. This was the former check point between east and west berlin, where lots of families parted forever, i.e. the name: palace of tears.
